  1. Excellent interview!! (And painting 🙂

  2. http://i0.poll.fm/js/rating/rating.jsI usually reblog from the firefox browser, opening it by clicking the little globe on the top left of the post in my phone app. In the app there’s only the like-button, I think. The reblog-button is beside it in the internet browser. Love the painting.

  3. The painting is so atmospheric!

Nope, it’s great! 🙂 Totally evocative.

    • Thank you. Because the earlier version was popular I thought I may have lost too much carrying on with it. This is the additional stress I put on myself!

🙂 This is a real dilemma. We hesitate to take risks for fear of spoiling what we have, but there are times when living dangerously pays off. (I find it helps at least a little to remember ‘it’s only a picture!’ and that I shouldn’t take it all too seriously.) Anyway, I think your risk was totally rewarded! 🙂

  5. Love it. Trust yourself, loved the bit about your boiler (thankfully don’t have one of those in my place after two burst spreading hot water over my floor) I swapped to instantaneous gas hot water. BTW maybe it needs spiritual intervention. My dad was an inspector of large scale boilers etc , he noted that the nuns in a local convent had a picture of the Blessed Virgin next to their boiler. 😊
