Sometimes I realise what a talented artist you are. It’s not just your skill but your expressiveness which shines in these sketches.

    • Thank you. That is so kind to say. I was really pleased with these, for some reason I find I have a strong reaponse to this model J. I’ve got some from years ago of her I think they’re on the blog somewhere, I’ll have a look. I feel I’m more effective with the short poses. 20 mins seems far too long

Where’s this you’ve done these drawings, if I may ask? I keep seeing Rosie’s life drawings and now yours. I used to go to classes but fell out of doing so. I am thinking of going again.

        • This is at the Malt Cross with Oliver Lovley on a Monday early evening. I go from the offie when not needed for taxi-ing. I find it quite exhilarating after being at work, but utterly knackering. You have Dr Sketchys of course

  2. absolutely great! stick with the short poses — big spontaneous expression, no “fussing”

  3. Love these drawings. Thank you for all your many ‘likes’ today on my blog. It’s much appreciated.
