  1. You’ve done a great job with this! I love how we are all inspired by different things – you obviously saw the potential here that I did not and I am glad you ran with it 🙂 I hope you don’t mind if I share this with the people who manage the building?

  2. This is so cool! I like the shapes and how they come together and you created a moodiness with your brushstrokes and color choices.

  3. Thank you Leslie. I’m looking at it again now, can’t seem to leave this one alone. Think I’ll try some cropping – the foreground isn’t really doing anything.

  4. You’ve created lovely light here. So timely and in step with the seasons.

    • Thanks TG. I like the sky and roof so playing around with cropping. Perhaps not a Christmas Card image! I find snow suffocating – does that come across?

      • Funny you should say that, because I found the snow to be lifelike. Imagine going back in time , when all the houses on the town streets were wooden. I really like how you have laid the snow down; life is not a fairy tale.

        • Perhaps I was connecting with my pre central heating, double glazing, cavity wall insulation self. Of course as a child I never felt the cold, it’s the adult looking back with dread. It’s a dour scene. Thanks for making me reflect.
